Every day, women and children in Nigeria face preventable health challenges, yet many of their stories go unheard.

I am a health journalist telling these stories from the grassroots to the global stage.

From maternal health to antimicrobial resistance, my work amplifies voices that matter.

Follow for impactful, human-centred stories. #SRHR #NigeriaHealth

@IconSenator @PrettyMfon Maybe he doesn’t want to reciprocate the gesture, so he stylishly stopped her from gifting him😃

@ronkecarew I am imagining what they will write on his obituary poster 🙈 he’s gone and his children will bear the shame of an offense they didn’t commit 🥲

[Bilkis @Bilkis29]

@IconSenator Honestly, many are truly mad but few are roaming.

Last week, I joined my colleague, Chidera Rosecamille Aneke, founder of Art for Health Initiative, for a two-day workshop with 26 Fine Arts undergraduates at the Yemisi Shyllon Museum of Art, Pan-Atlantic University.

Themed “What We Carry,” the workshop explored the intersection of art, public health, mental health and storytelling.

From public health communication to mental health and resilience, the students explored how lived experiences and health knowledge can be transformed into art that sparks conversations and inspires action.

It was inspiring to see their creativity in action and a reminder that art is not just about aesthetics; it can also be a powerful language for communicating health.

I farabale read this from the beginning to the end and linked it up with the video of a financial expert I watched on IG.

The guy broke down financial stages and its correlation with those who have hope in the future of Nigeria.

One thing I picked from him is that, most people are struggling financially, so they can’t see or think of future other than having their present needs at their disposal. But the few who aren’t struggling financially know the potentials of this country and are taking the advantage big time.

May God bless us all with knowledge, wisdom, foresight and finance to actualize our dreams🤲
