@Bricktop_NAFO He’d still be alive if he didnt try to grab his gun from him. I’m saying justified. Try to wrestle a gun from a cop and see what happens. Same reason applies to stand your ground.
@B7frankH I studied this case closely, the father in yellow yelled for his son to get a gun which was near one of those power boxes. The officer was in immediate life threatening danger.
@HoffmanTactical They 100% took your file, ordered from china, made a couple hundred thousand and then when users figured out they could get their own made direct inventory and sales slowed. They used Mac and cheese raid as a way to bail out on all outstanding orders and kept the money. Scammers
@CJGRISHAM Unfortunately it’s real and not ai. Multiple angles of this being posted. So sad. I’m still traumatized by the young Syria girl bleeding out her neck and now Charlie? Jesus help us
@Mrgunsngear I’d like to add too that the ATF has argued “spirit of the law” in the Cargil case which seems to me applies here as well. If the spirit of the law is to prevent bad guys (criminals with harmful intent) then did the law intend to prevent authorized persons?
@Mrgunsngear It bothers me to no end that you can pass and be trusted to own a controlled form 4 item if you pay $200 but also be charged as a felon for possessing the same firearm if it’s made after 1986 while simultaneously have other form 4 items in which you have already been authorized
