I worked with a venue in downtown Austin. They were feeding homeless. They have talked to hundreds, they are dropped off by Federal prison buses and left to walk the streets. Some also came from city coach buses coming from Chicago and LA. Multiple Governments are dumping homeless and released prisoners on Austins streets. Why I don't know....

Spending more than tripled and homelessness went up 59%.

If you service the homeless lifestyle, you will get more of it.

The NGOs that run this system get paid by the problem of homelessness, so they have no reason to end it -- in fact, their only incentive is to make sure the problem grows.
