Her awareness and anticipation of me arriving prompted her to have my lunch ready to go. I would like to express my appreciation for employees like Kay at Chick-fil-A who take the extra effort to satisfy customers.

After about 10 minutes my call was complete and as I walked into the store Kay said your meal is ready. She had seen me on the phone and she knows I order the same salad on every visit. It was in a table with a Diet Coke and a napkin over the salad.

I want to share a quick story about my experience today at Truett Grill Morrow 70005. Today for lunch I went to my local Chick-fil-A. And as I approached the store I had a business call come in. I did not walk into the store but stood outside to take the call.
