@VoteLewko Howโs about a Direct Debit service, like come on !!!! Paper invoices, one email. No other notifications. Itโs shocking how blatant the penalties are to clearly revenue raise.
@bowtiedstocks Missing the increase in salary over that 20 years. In theory double by their capacity to pay off the mortgage. Easily wipe off five years
@bowtiedstocks How many hours do they spend a year to generate the $100k of โpassive income.โ I bet if they deducted a modest $40 per hour for all the work, the profit would go to zero.
All the risk and no glory!
@ausbtcclub Property may only keep up with debasement overtime. However, Its the gearing where people have made their money.

BTC all the way!
@dotkrueger Fairly sure that level is pitched at institutions, family offices and fund managers. Kinda cheap compared to what I see at the insto level.
@AvidCommentator Worked well for us when we bought our first open late last year inner NW Melbourne. Finally a better balance between investors and FHB!
@bowtiedstocks Personally I would prefer being a millennial, buying bitcoin in 2015 at $500. Just a few. Life sorted. Being a boomer with dialup? No thanks

Some of these may seem absurd, but hear me out. ๐งต
We'll start with this one:
@AvidCommentator Maybe focus on what you can control Chalmers, like fiscal spending? And your governmentโs impact on inflation. RBA will then act accordingly
@QuixoticQuant Itโs staring us in the face - nuclear ! Otherwise the path forward to hit the net zero targets are unachievable. Who will be the first state to have the balls to build the first one ?
