Chinese harassment around Itu Aba (Taiping): right after in Taiwan's east

Chinese two vessels' first intrusion into Taiping Island's prohibited waters reflects a continuous escalation of provocations. Totally unprovokes, China is systematically harrassing Taiwan. It also proves that what China did in waters east of Taiwan should be dealt with as a challenge to international order; Japan-Philippines talks was just an excuse.

SHIPPING HARRASSMENT REFUTED BY TCG

At 11:00 AM, June 9, five Chinese government vessels—including the "Hai Xun 06," "Hai Xun 08," "Hai Xun 09," "Dong Hai Jiu 113," and "China Coast Guard 2202"—were located 40 nautical miles east of Pengjia Islet (12 nautical miles outside of Taiwan's restricted waters), continuing to head north and away from Taiwan waters. Taiwan Coast Guard's vessels are maintaining continuous monitoring of the situation.

Meanwhile, the Chinese government vessels broadcasted radio inquiries to three passing merchant and cargo ships regarding their port entry and departure details. Taiwan Coast Guard's vessels immediately issued a stern response, stating: "This area the maritime zone of Taiwan. China has no sovereign rights and no jurisdiction here. Maintain your normal navigation; There is no need to respond to broadcasts from Chinese government vessel. If you need any assistance, please immediately contact Taiwan Coast Guard vessels, via radio or other means of communication."

龙应台在季风书店的最新演讲中说：要和平，不要战争。战争责任两方都有,但是更大的责任，在强的一方。

这一刻我惊了。龙应台的认知还是没进步，除了战争疯子，正常人谁会反对和平呢。这是典型正确的废话，略等于白岩松语录。

而“战争的责任，双方都有”，属于听上去很有理细一想就是鸡汤文。居委会调解矛盾也这样，大妈们就爱这么说：“抛开事实不谈，难道你就没错吗”。

战争的责任是有明确标准的，否则干嘛成立国际战争法庭。真不是模糊化边界就可以用爱发电的。

至于“战争更大的责任，在强者一方”。这是在批评强大的盟军打败了希特勒，还是批评美军以巨大优势击溃了日本联合舰队？

这个世界什么时候开始不再用正义和邪恶来区分战争性质，而是比体量，谁��谁有理，谁穷谁有理，米洛舍维奇、胡塞武装、索马里海盗、萨达姆、卡扎菲……你们可以释然了。

感谢前些年龙应台邀请我去台湾访问和签售，感谢请我看电影、在办公室吃工作餐。你曾是我尊重的人，但越来越失望了。出于尊重，还是要说清楚：世界当然需要不同观点，但不包括纵容神棍、恐怖主义、镇压本国人民，暴力钳制言论自由。

当你提及1949年以佐证你的观点，提醒青年不要重蹈战争。我很疑惑，你写大江大海，写家破人亡，真明白导致这一切悲剧的根源了吗。

难道不是当时看上去弱小的一方搞坏了一个时代吗。

如果真要说强者的责任，那就是当时��美国误判。

实力越强，责任越大，我们的认知，不会还不如漫威电影《蜘蛛侠》吧。

早些年，我也爱引用春上村树那句：在城墙与鸡蛋之间，我永远站在鸡蛋的一边。深觉这句话温情和力量并存。

后来渐渐明白，关键是你如何区分“谁是城墙，谁是鸡蛋”。

其实被打死、被毁容、被枪杀、被强奸的伊朗女孩子才是鸡蛋。那个才九岁就被伊朗革命卫队一枪射杀的小男孩才是鸡蛋。

神棍及革命卫队是城墙。

你说，我们究竟是应该站在这些可怜的鸡蛋一边，去对抗神棍们筑起的城墙。还是泛泛而谈一些正确的废话。

那句话应该改成“在城墙和鸡蛋之间，目睹悲剧，强者永远要帮着鸡蛋对抗城墙”。

别以强弱分对错，勿用鸡汤灌青年。
