Did anyone get the club to reverse their decision on your disabled ticket? Just wondering if it helped anyone? I have to say since I posted my story the SLOs have been fantastic
Happy to report after help from Stuart and the SLO Karin the club have been in touch and resolved the situation. Thank you everyone for your kind words and thoughts. We really have some of the best supporters at our club. I'm glad common sense was used and lessons will be learned
But because it doesn't say I need a companion on my PIP my Saturdays are now stuck in the house. Thank you SMFC for making this supporter of 45 years feel scunnered with the whole situation. Will always be a supporter but it works both ways Saints.
@Glasgowbud1965 After the club statement and the way I was treated last year at the ticket office I knew that if I didn't have the companion words on my PIP letter then I wouldn't get it. I was treated like a lepar last season at the office. So rude
@West_Bank_SMFC
I've had to give up my season ticket even though I have one leg, cardiac problems that means I can barely walk with a prosthetic and I am blind in one eye. I also have to use my wheelchair to get about.
