Ironically Jesus never said, "to those who have a voice, let them speak". Instead He said "to those who have ears to hear, let them hear"..

You can get a license as a counselor or a certification as a coach without ever having to grow or do your own emotional and spiritual work.
But you can only set captives free if you yourself are on the journey.
Keeping up with the Jones's is hard work, plus after following them on Facebook & Insta seeing all their holidays, gourmet meals & extravagant gifts, it's easy to conclude that your own life isn't as cool as theirs. This #FOMO is what drives feelings of #depression & loneliness

The left side labels, analyzes & organizes input but can’t experience it
If what we call discipleship is about knowing information we will produce “disciples” who “know” things they never experience
One of Jesus’ loudest statements was the incarnation. It declares “I will know you and be known and not address you from afar with decrees”.
When a believers say “I don’t know you but...” and then expresses criticism they have missed the message of the incarnation.
