@SW_Help Your complaint one and your refund form. Everytime I use them it does it. It's not a problem with my phone as I type out many things on my phone. There will be a problem with the text boxes which your web developer will need to look into
@SW_Help can you fix your web forms. For months they have been useless. Whenever you type in them the first letter of a word is not always recognised as being part of a word, so you end up typing rubbish as autocorrect then tries to correct everything after the first letter
@GWRHelp what's the point in reserving a bike space if there's luggage piled high in it and nobody monitoring to make sure this doesn't happen. 11:56 from RDG to TRU.
@GWRHelp@SW_Help@GWRHelp@SW_Help what are you doing to restore the removed functionality? Specifically for GWR, this means I can't find trains and fares that I KNOW EXIST for rewards points. Because there may be a faster connection with a different operator
@GWRHelp@SW_Help I hate that you got rid of MixingDeck. It was a great search engine that allowed for advanced filtering. I won't be using your new system as the algorithm just shows the fastest route. Slightly slower and cheaper routes aren't shown and can't be filtered anymore
@GWRHelp Your website says "suitable road transport is highly unlikely", so why have we not got taxi refunds in place? Simply not travelling today is not an option. I am at TOT travelling to RDG and have been told to go back to PLY. A taxi from TOT would be far easier than from PLY to EXD
@SW_Help@SW_Help are these the same changes that @GWRHelp also made recently? You previously both used the MixingDeck which was brilliant at advanced filtering options. Now GWR is rubbish as it's a very basic search, please tell me you're not doing the same and getting rid of MixingDeck?
@GWRHelp hello, I would like to know why you have decided to exclude Sundays from both of your January sales (Great Getaway Sale and the GB Rail Sale). I get the other excluded dates around events on some routes, but why Sundays on all routes?
@GWRHelp If my tier anniversary is August and I reach Gold tier in Jan 2026, I understand I keep Gold tier status until Aug 2027.
How long will I have the unlimited first class lounge access for? Until Jan 2027 (12 months after joining gold tier) or Aug 2027 (end of tier year).
@SW_Help what happened to the supposed brilliant WiFi upgrade between Basingstoke and Clapham that I think was using improved signal trackside. Thought that was meant to happen months ago, yet I see no improvement?
@NandosUK I got a push notification to say last chance for garlic bbq. How long is this last chance as I was hoping to go in the next couple weeks? When is the last day expected to be roughly please?
@SW_Help I am looking at getting a groupsave travelcard between BSK-WAT today. However my return journey is likely to be the 00:14 due to a concert. Why is it saying I can't use groupsave on an after midnight train? I can if I was to use a railcard instead of GS.
@SW_Help I've seen it on your website (MixingDeck and app) as well as with GWR. I assume, given your past as First, you use the same system as parts of them looked very similar. I don't have the issue on other TOC or 3rd party websites. Needs fixing your end please as it is misleading.
@SW_Help Thanks, that is good to hear and makes it in line with normal day return tickets. However, this is not represented on journey planners, where after midnight trains are greyed out when selecting a GS fare. Why is that?
@SW_Help Its past the event now but I would like to know for ref. It doesn't specifically state anywhere, but the journey planner will grey out after midnight return trains if a groupsave return fare was chosen. A Google AI search said it was common with TOCs, but nothing specific by you.
@SW_Help But no one that is watching the fireworks in London will be able to make it to Woking in time for 00:37 to get the last bus back to Basingstoke. What kind of planning is that? You know there is a big event on, so why have you not timed the buses appropriately to meet demand?
@SW_Help you've always ran trains to Basingstoke to get people home after the NYE Fireworks in London. This year, as we know there is engineering. Why have you not put on replacement buses to Basingstoke that coincide with the extra Woking services you're running on NYD morning??
