I have received the greatly troubling news regarding an increase in tensions between Cuba and the United States of America, two neighboring countries. I echo the message of the Cuban bishops, inviting all responsible parties to promote a sincere and effective dialogue, in order to avoid violence and every action that could increase the suffering of the dear Cuban people.
@RedditCFB This arrogant gobbledygook from a program who gave a reported $59 million buyout to a coach whose team finished 17th of 17 teams last year and hasn’t won an ACC game in 393 days.

Larry David writing a NYT guest essay as a man having dinner with Hitler, just to roast Bill Maher as a smug, self-important clown, is the stuff of comedy legend.
At yesterday’s game we took the time to commemorate Coach Zordel’s father who passed away recently by having her throw out a first pitch.
Z was not only an extremely loving father but an impactful member of the local community. He will be remembered. We love and miss you Z ❤️

Dearest mother —
I’ve relieved Gen. Taylor of his duties. While vexing, my resolve and determination to appoint new leadership are as solid as the hogs’ outhouse. Regiment drilling shall begin soon. A new day and new campaign are ahead. Thrilling. Please send more squirrel oil and a frog leg rhubarb pie.

I am all for cutting gov costs, then and now. I'm even more for efficiency
I would have a plan. Ready Fire Aim is not a plan.
Cutting programs without knowing if they would have saved taxpayers more than they cost, or saved lives, is a mistake
Tariffs, cutting programs, agencies and employees ALL AT ONCE, without doing an analysis of the impact on city, towns and states they impact, is going to backfire big time
Some cities have 9 pct or more of their employment as federal workers. Colleges losing millions in funding. Gov contractors and grant recipients having to close their businesses and lay off everyone.
Repeated in city after city. Town after town
What do you think the economic impact on their tax base is ? What do you think happens to home values ? What services will they have to end ?
What about the local businesses ? How many people will lose their jobs and homes because this was done ALL AT ONCE
Cut federal government bloat in an organized fashion and it's great.
Ready Fire Aim and the uncertainty it creates is a huge mistake
