Having to go through and fill out taxes is perhaps one of the most barbaric things our society still allows.
We put a man on the moon in ‘69. Computer chip invented in ‘58. First mechanical calculator in 1642. Figure it out people.
No one wants fields ruined.
But locking every gate 24/7 on a beautiful day and punishing every family is the lazy solution.
Utah law (§53G-7-209) already says these taxpayer-funded fields & tracks shall be civic centers for community use. Let’s enforce rules, add cameras/signs, schedule open hours, or use volunteers — not zero access.
Kids need places to play catch with Dad, not more screen time.
Smart solutions > blanket lockdowns. Let’s fix this.
