@AaronGleeman Aaron someone in your comments has a good question. Does the league have to forbid deferred payment deals to comply? Seems wrong to force a cap if teams could simple put deferment payments out there. Spreading $15M/year over 30 years

LA got players this year because people took deferred money. $1.06B until 2038.
