@rachelstephen04 Half our staff redeployed those left were vulnerable so couldn’t visit. It was the perfect storm. It annoys me that the implication is we did nothing when we were actually working really hard trying to support families in really challenging circumstances.

@georginamayes77 @iHealthVisiting @Alison_Morton2 It would be fabulous to have more HV posts but we need HVs to fill the posts, vacancies advertised frequently but not been filled leaves us desperately short and stretched so thinly we are on our knees and moral is through the floor with people desperate to leave the profession.

@iHealthVisiting We need a much higher profile, more staff and a service that is offering what parents need. We don’t have capacity to do the stuff like this , I’d love to do more health drop ins or phone line support but there’s not enough of us and we are so constrained by commissioners
