Deeply, deeply awful. Animal welfare matters not only because animals that are treated properly provide more nutritious food, but also because animals deserve to be treated as sentient, feeling creatures with natures that should be respected. Educate yourself about where your food comes from, and whenever you can, buy from producers who care for and respect their animals.

Something I've noticed that after a big win (or big loss) within a few days nobody really cares. Life goes on, everyone has their own problems. So if you win dont celebrate too much and if you lose don't be too hard on yourself, either way it'll pass. Just get back after it!
