He tried one last move to stop the court from forcing him to hand over his Richard Mille watch, three Birkin bags, crypto, and control of his Mexican properties… or go to jail.

He filed an emergency request with the higher court asking them to freeze the contempt order.

They said no. Stay denied.

A quick refresher on this case - a $30 million judgment already exists against him for sabotaging luxury villa bookings and other conduct the judge called despicable. When he still didn’t turn over the ordered assets, the court held him in contempt and set a hard deadline. Miss it and he goes to jail until he complies.

That deadline pressure is still live. The emergency pause he wanted just got rejected.
