➡️ A suitable DIRECT flight that allows us to retain our planned itinerary
OR
➡️ Compensation for the unavoidable additional night's stay caused by the schedule change

@airindia Worse, @airindia did not proactively inform us about the latest schedule change.

We discovered the change ourselves.

We had already accepted the first airline-initiated schedule change in good faith and adjusted our plans accordingly.

Now we are being asked to adjust again.

@zomatocare My order no 6355123599 was partly delivered and the customer care team was reluctant to resolve the issue in fair way. They only believed what the delivery partner mentioned and not the customer. It's really a sad gesture from the CC team.

My friend's XUV700 comes with unique feature every year when first rain arrives in Mumbai, it rains inside too. And Mr. Nishant Chauhan service advisor says they need to fix this every year as there is no permanent solution there.
