24 yrs female, Lupus Nephritis for 3 yrs under azothiaprine develop acute kidney detoration. creatinine increased from 2 mg/dl to 4.6 mg/dl. repeat kidney biopsy shows class V Lupus with lII B. 80% glomerulosclerosis. Has tried MMF but no improvement. Treatment options @askrenal
