You can't fix how people perceive you. You can be your most honest self and still be misunderstood. Nobody sees you for who you actually are. People see you through their own experiences, insecurities, and expectations. Let them. And stop trying to change what they think of you. Protect your peace, and just stay true to yourself. That's all that matters. Let them think whatever they want.

Urgency drains your energy. Don't rush into things. It will only make you more anxious. Not everything needs to be solved today. Slow down. Take a breath. Let things unfold. Give yourself enough space to think, feel, and respond instead of constantly reacting. Be slow. Be calm. Be fully present in everything you do. Be a paradox - ruthless and kind, disciplined and untamed, humble and proud, dangerous and gentle, skeptical and faithful, proletarian and aristocratic, cold in judgment and warm in affection, patient in strategy and decisive in action, private yet magnetic, ambitious without desperation, powerful without cruelty, civilized without becoming soft, and independent without becoming isolated.
when somebody hates u, don't waste ur time trying to convince them through debates and evidence not to hate u. They don't hate u bc of facts, they hate u bc they feel inferior, insecure, threatened, or whatever. No amount of evidence is going to fix that. Either ignore them completely or remove them from the existence completely.
unlearn shame. all forms of shame: unemployment, illness, vulnerability, longing, desire, errors, failures. you do not need to feel ashamed of what you are experiencing or living. freedom and shame cannot coexist.
Never underestimate the danger of people who need to feel morally superior. They can justify cruelty as correction, betrayal as honesty, and envy as concern. Once a person believes their ego is virtue, they become capable of harming you while feeling righteous about it.
