@sentrygone I never got an appeal response either. They just kept repeatedly making excuses to not look at my appeal. The first one was blatantly ignored, the rest was "Use the portal!" "It's been 30 days!"

Try a ROA request to see your chat logs. My "evidence" didn't even exist in records
