SC-ST आरक्षण पर एक फिर सुप्रीम कोर्ट की ओर से हमला हुआ है.

IAS माता पिता के बच्चों के खिलाफ मामला दायर किया गया था उन्हें आरक्षण क्यों मिलना चाहिए.

सुप्रीम कोर्ट में जस्टिस BV Nagarathna ने मामले पर टिप्पणी करते हुए कहा, माता पिता IAS हैं तो बच्चों को आरक्षण का लाभ क्यों मिलना चाहिए इस पहलू पर ध्यान रखना होगा.

दलित आईएएस आईपीएस बन जाए या CM DM SDM बन जाए तो भी उसकी जाति और सामाजिक पिछड़ापन खत्म नही होता.

सुप्रीम कोर्ट के न्यायाधीश को पता होना चाहिए आरक्षण कोई गरीबी उन्मूलन कार्यक्रम नही है. आरक्षण प्रतिनिधित्व है, आरक्षण गरीबी के कारण नही बल्कि सामाजिक पिछड़ेपन के कारण दिया गया है.

🚨 HUGE! Supreme Court raises a big question on reservation:
— "Why are children of IAS officers and economically advanced families still seeking QUOTA benefits?"🤯

The Court observed that once parents attain a certain Social & economic position by availing RESERVATION, their children should NO LONGER need it.

It said social mobility achieved through quotas must eventually take families OUT of the reservation system.

Strong push to revisit the Creamy Layer concept and prevent perpetual reservation.
