This is the best advice of all time. It will be difficult to change my mindset and apply this - but it makes total sense. Simone Biles didn’t care about how the other gymnasts practiced or what they ate every day - she focused on what she needed to do specifically for her body - what steps she needed to practice and what she needed to eat for her body type in order to bring home the medal.
