It’s getting crazy out there I guess. How about a PREPPER episode with my friend who has written 2 books on the topic. Former Marine and Green Beret Clay Martin breaks it all down for you.
Thank you @wayofftheres
@mattvanswol I just assumed all fleet vehicles had trackers and cameras already. EVERYTHING law enforcement does should be recorded and accounted for. If they weren't doing anything wrong they wouldn't mind the surveillance, isn't that what they're always telling us?
@ZTillian Very true but I don’t think that’ll be in time before we are fighting off drones in the woods flown by Israeli soldiers or some shit.
mom is 73 and understands she doesn’t understand what’s going on and doesn’t want to hear it because she wants to die happy, Ignorance is bliss.
Boomers have had their brains molded since birth. I’ve given up even having a discussion with them about it. In fact, why? Speak to the younger generations as they will be the ones taking over next. Boomers are gonna be dead soon anyways.
This is absolutely insane.
Homeowners in Magnolia Cove, a neighborhood in Sherrills Ford, North Carolina, are watching their HOA fees spiral completely out of control.
Earlier this year, residents were paying $350 a month. In June, those fees jumped to $1,250. Now, just four months later, the HOA has voted to DOUBLE them again to $2,500 A MONTH.
And believe it or not, it could have been even worse. The HOA had initially proposed raising the fees to an unbelievable $7,500 a month. That’s $90,000 a year!
The final approved amount of $2,500 still means homeowners are expected to pay $30,000 a year in HOA fees alone, compared to just $4,200 annually earlier this year.
Some residents are now worried about liens, foreclosure, and bankruptcy because they simply cannot afford these increases.
Imagine working your entire life to buy a home, only to have an HOA increase your fees by more than 600% in a matter of months and potentially force you out of your own house.
How the hell is this even allowed to happen?
@NotBrooks8314@ClownWorld These people chose to live in an hoa where the board is controlled by the developer. It’s share af I agree but they didn’t read the bylaws.
