@DrRobgalloway Very true from all angles. Neither staff nor patients are served well in these circumstances . Was like that when I worked there in the 1990,s .

Most people would be dismayed at this but in 3 1/2 months I have moved from clinically obese to obese to this - 13.1kg to go reversed pre diabetes and lowered cholesterol and BP so well done me #HealthyLiving

@jennyeclair Always done a fixed rate deal on ours every 5 years - currently £1860 a month ( took it out over 14 years in our 50,s) but at least we know what we are paying

@Roseyanny @melbooth18 When I lived there ( rented GF flat ) I had a 40 ft marble tiled hallway and an enormous living room with a marble fireplace that was worth £15 k - we avoided touching it at all !

@melbooth18 @Roseyanny Built by Thomas Kemp who planned a succession of similar squares along the seafront , creating Kemptown, although the others didn't happen . Most are flats now but they are beautiful buildings. Even the basement flats are huge
