@HM_Passport We have just filled out an application for my daughters first passport. We mistakenly used my wife’s married name on the application as opposed to her maiden name that appears on her passport. Is there a way to change this if we’ve already paid?

@USAinUK my mother in law’s lost her passport at passport control @HeathrowAirport on 15/02. Heathrow customs & immigration have said that all passports are sent to the embassy within 24 hours. Anyone who we have reached at the embassy hasn’t been able to help. Who do I talk to?

@HeathrowAirport Missing X aren’t answering calls unless they are about technical issues with the website. I don’t believe there is anyone manning the phones at Heathrow lost and found, I have called a ridiculous amount of times with no answer. If there is someone there please ask them to call me
