Notes that there has now been well over 300 'confirmed' incidents of chemical weapon use - and provides details on how this figure has been reached in methodological terms.

The report notes that chlorine has injured many more than it has killed. Finds 188 'direct fatalities' as a result of chlorine use- with over 5000 treated for chlorine injuries.
