Reviewing your online shoe selection - again, aside from cleats, you offer 3 feminine youth shoe options (2 basketball shoes, 1 general athletic shoe). Of the feminine youth shoes, 2 were only offered online and the third was only available in young child sizes.
@big5since55 Just visited Shoreline, WA location and was informed that they don't stock girls athletic shoes (other than cleats). When asked, a store rep, they said that I could look in the discount bin. Is it an intentional business practice to exclude and disfranchise girls?
@SciSwany AGREED. This is why curving a class (predetermining the number of each GPA awarded) is unethical and... to be honest, is similar to using a magic 8 ball to determine your grading system. Some cohorts exceed expectations, grading systems should be flexible enough to acknowledge it
@Jaedyn214 Not a raccoon - head angulation is not right and the 3-holed tooth socket points to a carnassial tooth morphology / location that is closer to something canid. I am leaning toward fox. https://t.co/SrnFPUjBX2
@SciSwany It could also be the case of a mutation allowing for a change in spike protein causing them to be infectious to tigers, however this is unlikely. I understand that SARS Cov-2 is documented to have a rather slow rate of evolution / mutation.
@SciSwany Coronavirus as a group are known to infect a number of mammals (even some species for birds), this is not surprising to me. There are more tigers in captivity than in the wild, so a tiger is more likely to contact the virus in a zoo setting. https://t.co/OZfZqDuClW
@SciSwany Dogs have a species specific CV (we occasionally vaccinate for this as puppies), however it is all a matter of if the spike proteins can fit and stick with a protein receptor to gain access to a cell. There may be a region of the ACE2 protein that is similar enough to allow entry
