I had to know how he manages his time.
Here’s what I found:
Maturity is when you stop trying to convince people to treat you correctly. You just observe their choices, understand their character, and decide what you’re going to allow in your life.
You feel tired because you don’t exercise enough.
You feel insecure because you don’t work hard enough.
You feel anxious because you don’t take enough risks.
You feel lonely because you don’t spend enough time alone.
You feel lost because you don’t respect yourself enough.
I’m obsessed with learning how to learn.
So, I spent 100+ hours studying how Elon Musk, Sam Altman, and Naval Ravikant absorb information.
Here’s what I found on becoming a learning machine:

6. Focus for 4 hours
7. Get your 5 most important tasks done

Here's your plan for making 2024 the year you get in the best shape of your life (all you have to do is bookmark this list and then execute):
-Phone down by 9pm
-In bed by 10pm, no exceptions
-Up by 6am
-Skip breakfast, drink coffee instead
-Eat 2 meals/day, with 50g whole food protein each
