Despite followup mails on 25 & 28 Aug and calls on 25 , 28 & today there has been no refund. On every call I am told the dealer says the refund is being processed and will be made soon. However, Honda Customer Care says they cannot share this in writing and can only escalate

I requested a refund on 19 Aug and emailed Honda on 21 Aug. My complaint was acknowledged under Communication ID #1-46080257555, with a promise to revert within 2 business days.
