Very poor service from Eureka Forbes.
I lodged a complaint on 9 April regarding my SmartClean - Auto Bin Turbo. Technician confirmed PCB replacement is needed, but there’s been no progress till date. The product is still lying dead. .

I complained about the choked toilet and the absence of the attendant, but my complaint (Ref. No. 2022121800591) was closed in just a couple of seconds. And yes, it is unresolved in reality.
I am travelling with a child but who cares.

@RailMinIndia In the name of a special train (PNR-2152202021), I paid an extra charge and what I got in return:
1. 3 hour late train.
2. No bedding
3. Choked toilet
4. No attendent.
Someone turned the cooling on, I was looking for the attendant but no one is here.

अरे साहब... वाराणसी कैंट रेलवे स्टेशन के AC वेटिंग हॉल की हालत खराब है... सारे AC बन्द.. 2 पंखे खराब... शौचालय की बदबु फैली है पूरी..
कुछ हो पाए तो देख लो... न हो पाए तो और पैसे ऐंठ लीजियेगा अगली बार सफाई के नाम पे...
