@DavidBeavan @British_Airways At Atlanta on landing they had a full printout with every name, booking ref, seat number and baggage tag number on. None of these bags are ‘lost’. They’re just not a priority for BA. Woeful disregard for the welfare of the affected passengers. No communication. No care.

Also watched my bag (with AirTag in) move around T5 the last 36 hours. Left behind from original flight with 186 other bags. Promised at Atlanta it would be on Sunday’s flight. Watched the bag go back to C61 and the plane come and go. No bag

@kowessex @WessexTrust Can you provide further detail to parents of yr 10 pupils as to the logic behind the identification of the 70 who are now isolating? Our own Yr 10 pupil and several of their friends are confused as there seems to be little discernible pattern. Why not send the entire yr 10 home?
