@optus_help hello my router is now finally showing connection to fibre but my devices all say Connected without internet. Tried usual reboots, waits, tried forgetting and rejoining WiFi but nothing. Is it my router is not compatible anymore after the optus update?

@optus_help Hi Dez, I think my modem is the NBN box attached to the wall (fttp) and I only have a router (optus supplied 10 years ago) that links into that box via cable. Do I once again turn off the NBN box power? I hope I make sense.
