American Woodcocks have complete 360° visual coverage above the horizontal plane. Even at the horizontal, they only have a 1° blind spot behind their head (figure: Martin et al. 1994). The Mallard actually has them beat, with complete panoramic vision in the horizontal plane!

So...Mammals normally store fat under the skin in an even layer, but camels evolved to pile fat in one spot, so the rest of their bodies can stay cool in the desert.

@beccmel2 Birds are endothermic, but some reptiles are too (to least during breeding seasons), like pythons and tegu. Bird feathers are thought to evolve for temperature regulation, and since dragon wings are leathery I say reptile :)
