3 years ago, I was curled up underneath my desk. Crying, I was fully convinced I was doing it all wrong.

My peers were having 6-figure years, and I, having started from scratch way too many times, was empty-handed.

Left engineering. Left investment banking. Left a dysfunctional startup partnership. Left, quit, stopped, walked away. Many times.

All I wanted was to build a business on my own terms.

I just didn't know how.

How was I going to make that first dollar? Why was everyone else succeeding other than me? What was wrong with me?

Fast forward two years, I finally did it. I made my first meaningful internet money.

And it became the biggest unlock of my life.

An unlock I thought I'd never be able to experience.

It was an unlock that involved many parts of me to come to peace. The ambitions me. The self-critical me. The perfectionist me. The hard-worker me.

The inner work is ongoing.

All I know is I have an urge to write, sketch, and inspire — the way I get inspired by folks who share out here.

It's like I'm seeking deeper connections to amplify this experience I went through.
