Oliver is 18 and gave birth 4 weeks ago. She had an obstructed labour for over 24hrs before having a Caesarean section. Sadly her baby had already died and by this time she had a vesicovaginal and a rectovaginal fistula (hole in bladder and in bowel) leaving her doubly incontinen

t, with nerve damage meaning she struggles to walk. It cost her a month to save up the bus fare to get to our surgical camp. Sadly her injuries are too extensive for us to repair this week. She will be referred to Kampala for further treatment.
