@VodafoneGhana This is my first time using Vodafone cash! Such a horrible experience. Soo much disappointed. I contacted your WhatsApp customer support and I was made to chat with bolts that asking same questions over and over. I have advised myself! Disappointed in Vodafone cash!
@VodafoneGhana Hello I transferred money from my Vodafone cash account to my MTN momo but the receipient haven't received the money meanwhile it has been deducted from my Vodafone cash account. This happened around yesterday 8pm yesterday kindly help!
@Askvodafonegh I made a voda cash transfer to an MTN number the person haven't receive the money meanwhile it has been deducted from my Vodafone cash account. I WhatsApp your customer support but those useless bolts kept on repeating the same questions for the past 2 hours.
@myzeepay Thanks the issue have been resolved now by the whatsapp customer support! I have been told There was an issue with mtn transactions. Going forward, kindly update customers when there is a #system challenge so we will know where to channel our funds.
