@amazonIN I’ve been trying to request a callback through the Amazon app for the past 10 minutes, but the interface is so poorly designed that I can’t find the option anywhere. It’s honestly frustrating how difficult it is to reach customer support there’s no clear way to contact.
@AmazonHelp What you shared is just Amazon app’s support section, where I already wasted enough time to find a callback option, I clearly mentioned in DM that I wanted to raise a callback request, yet you still sent the same support link again. Extremely frustrating customer support.

@RapidoCares 2/2 And the worst part? At the very start of every booking, a pop-up appears asking to increase the fare by ₹10, ₹20 or more. Feels like you’re constantly forcing extra charges on customers. Fix the root problems instead of giving the same copy-paste responses every time.
