Well said Hayley. Death has always been a difficult subject but we do need to start feeling comfortable talking about a person who has died. This has been a steep learning curve in my area of work. I’m much more comfortable than I was when I first started out

@DyingMatters I totally agree that teachers need more training. But I also think that what’s needed is society just feeling comfortable talking about the person who has died - saying their name, asking questions about them, not pretending like they didn’t exist.
