Absolutely disgraceful service from @TheAA_UK on Friday evening. Leaving 3 woman stranded at the side of the road in the middle of nowhere for 11 hours is unacceptable. A reported breakdown at 5pm ended with an arranged taxi at 4.40am to our onward destination.

@TheAA_UK Is that seriously all you have to say. You knew at 5pm recovery was needed. We weren’t in a safe place and felt very vulnerable. Your communication to us was non existent and being on hold for 25 minutes each time we tried to call you is not acceptable.

@thecarolemalone @BritishGas My 80 year old Aunty and uncle have been without heating or hot water for 3 weeks because @BritishGas can’t fix their boiler….despite them paying almost £600 a year in insurance for instances like this. Its unacceptable and at their age is life threatening!
