The Lucky7 Store in pic4 belonged to my Grandfather... The surviving brothers are still trading there but business is almost non existent,"Hassan's Hardware"..

The rooms are then sublet to individuals at around R1500 ea ...and to top it off they share 1 bathroom, all this money is pocketed , zero receipts so tax is not paid... this is just the start of it.
Hygiene is also an issue ...

Please do something about the houses in Mayfair , I've counted as many as 10houses on 1 street alone housing more then 20 ppl , houses are bought by foreigners...
