CPC team has acknowledged Grievance # 13965916, Date 12-Sep-2023. Dear Taxpayer, as seen from the CPC portal for the said AY 2022-23, the refund has been paid.
Why I have to follow up ? I expect a letter of Apology from IT Team now

Yet, the refund is adjusted from outstanding.
