@darrenhayman I did a month off the booze a few years ago and slept terribly also lots of vivid nightmares. It got better after a few weeks but the first couple of weeks was horrid. I drink less now so if I did go cold turkey I hope it wouldn’t be so bad.

I just finished watching Luca Guadagnino’s HBO series ‘We are who we are’ on @BBCiPlayer - really want to recommend it for fans of cinematography, queer identities and relationships and coming of age dramas. Plus military setting. It’s also beautifully shot.
