2) Establish Bitcoin US strategic reserves by transferring the 210,000 Bitcoins the US govt already holds (1% of world’s supply) into “geographically dispersed vaults”

3) Over 5 years, the US will purchase one million Bitcoin (5% of world’s supply)

4) Strategic reserve Bitcoin will be held for minimum of 20 years and can be used for only one purpose— “reduce our debt”

5) Convert excess reserves at 12 federal reserve banks into Bitcoin
