@hermitsuddha YES!!! He has gained weight, goes outside for supervised walks, has a nice quiet home with another elderly cat and is enjoying life!!

Update: His blood work is back: Dangerously anemic - not sure what is causing his anemia - could be cancer, could be kidney, could be internal parasites (I'm already treating him for that). He's been thru so much the plan is to now keep him comfortable until it's time.
