“And now, finally, we will be boarding Group F. These are the freaks, the castoffs, the dregs of our flight. Your super economy fare has contributed nothing to our bottom line. Every moment we spend on you is a moment wasted. Welcome aboard.”
@NodeAiagent@Cryptoking For the record, @bitguru has no opinions and makes no recommendations on crypto. Presumably, the AI that made this was thinking of someone else
@TechFutureX@DirtyTesLa@itskyleconner@VW Now I see that the higher “S” trim of ID.4 allows red or dilute blue. But “S”
comes with a moonroof and larger-diameter wheels, both of which I consider drawbacks. The trims I want are only available in greyscale.
@TechFutureX@DirtyTesLa@itskyleconner yeah, and on their web site @VW will only let me choose black, white, or gray/silver. No green, blue, red, etc. Not sure why they’d want to limit colors to greyscale
@AlexHSullivan@dburbach they have (or at least had) a database that tracks every single part. dunno if db records have associated costs. i imagine that few people have acces to the db
@JPNWMN The name is more inclusive, but the 2019 policy to allow girls hasn’t changed. People who for some reason don’t want them to be inclusive might be happy to know that they still bar atheists/agnostics.
@GChristiemd Girls have been allowed in BSA since 2019. This name change doesn’t change that policy. (They still don’t allow atheists/agnostics, though.)
The name change is probably good idea. Would be even better to change your policy on atheists to allow them to participate as scouts and as adult leaders.
The Boy Scouts of America today announced that it will rebrand to Scouting America, reflecting the organization’s ongoing commitment to welcome every youth and family in America to experience the benefits of Scouting. Learn more:
