@BecauseCulture@MsSummerblossom@Cryptoe9@AlejandroCence2 Well very American to say they have it too. And find reasons why it's not true in Europe :) it's funny.
But you don't have walkability. You can't walk to the supermarket. You can't walk to the city center. Most us cities don't even have it. Just big wide roads with box stores
@AlejandroCence2 Americans probably in the comments defending how USA is. "I can do that too in the US", "it's not everywhere in Europe ". Its funny and totally missing the point and nothing will change. Because US is the greatest.
@Read_Grow_Lead@UAPWatchers If you go to the website...."Due to the lapse in federal government funding, NASA is not updating this website."
Good timing...
@LundThomad @BRICSinfo India doesn't pay tariffs, you do :) You pay more for the iphone. Doubt apple will pay that bill with tariffs. So, there you go, you get more expensive Iphones. They are overprices anyway.
You are paying for the tariffs. It's "taxed" as soon as it enters the US. I doubt the importer will pay for it, it goes to the consumer. And I doubt any businessman want to invest in the US with factories. Too unstable country. It can change in 4 years time with another president. Most will sit out the 'trump tariffs storm'. Just higher the prices for the time being, would be my strategy.
@MoonlitMonkey69@StealthQE4 I think even companies, not hit by tariffs will raise their prices with the excuse of tariffs. Making more profit with an excuse, that's a heaven sent for those companies.
Compared to the wages, it's still cheaper to build in Mexico and just make the tractors more expensive. Gotta keep the shareholders happy with more profit.
Besides, cars and tractors are exempt (NAFTA/USMCA) thing, from tariffs.
So...No, they don't have to pay tariffs if they built it in Mexico.
@kungfuiq@EdKrassen The reason why it was made outside of the USA, is because your wages are too high. Now it's being made in the USA, you pay more. But I doubt any businessman would create a factory, the world can be different in 4 years time. So, your prices go up, and you don't have any goods.
@Seishins1@EdKrassen@grok can you confirm that PostNL, the Netherlands, and DHL, Germany stopped postal services to the USA? Can you list all the countries that stopped postal services to the USA?
@offerenwv@geertwilderspvv De enige die ondergedoken moet zitten in Nederland, is dhr. Wilders vanwege de bedreigingen en zelfs doodsbedreigingen.
Als je die vergelijking met nazi's wil maken, doe het dan goed.
Yeah, the UK are really concerned about the kids. Like the Pakistani's rape gangs, they kept out of the public for years. And they did nothing about it. They let it go on for years. Probably still do till this day.
That being said, its always under the guise of "to protect the children" to enforce more restrictions and remove your freedom. UK will be very safe for children now, no doubt.
@Nomad_1x@elonmusk Better on the ground an explosion, than the government challenger. Agile works and rapid progress with big booms. Only that standup meeting won't be just 5 minutes I think.
