Behind every capable AI model is an enormous amount of human work with no name and no record - people who wrote the prompts that shaped its behavior, corrected the outputs that were slightly off, fed it context it would have never found on its own. That work changed the model. And the moment it happened, it vanished into the system with zero trace of who did it.
