Never rely on ai agents.
I just wanted to refactor two old dashboards into one new unified version. Claude Code spent 20mins planning and wasting ~150k tokens for that, then aborting because it reached the token output maximum and now i'm rate-limited without the specs and code.

@GregorySchier Oh really? I always wished for something like that on macOS. It’s so convenient to just keep your hands on the keyboard and do everything with shortcuts and homerow mods

@ryan_tech_lab Oh really? What do you do about bad design decisions? I really have the feeling that Claude has better ui design approaches then codex. You handle that all with your agents.md?

what are your tips to make codex more like claude code?
I have very very different results regarding quality between them. CC using modern design, meanwhile codex builds something which doesn't even render tailwindcss

Switched to a more "reviewing" flow with claude code and i'm pretty happy with the results.
I understand the codebase again which helps leading the agents to what i want to get done.
next step: testing how agent teams and skills can increase my workflow even more
