Contacting us to send you PDFs doesn’t work. Retailers participating in the program are obligated to be the ones sending you your PDFs. Make sure you ask them directly at the time of purchase!
Hairy Tarantula is proud to be part of the @bitsandmortar Program for local gaming stores! If you buy a RPG by one of the participating publishers from HairyT we'll send along a PDF version FOR FREE! Find out more about the program at https://t.co/gMMQPBHsPA

Some publishers are willing to send you PDFs themselves, but there’s no guarantee any given publisher will. Some have policies that it’s strictly the retailer’s job; others have policies that they’ll provide a PDF if you show proof of purchase. It’s their call.

@SheimanPaul The retailer is responsible for using the Bits & Mortar system to issue you the PDF (they’ll need your email address). They are who you need to contact.

Please consider supporting your #FLGS that's involved in the @bitsandmortar program in your Cyberpunk Red purchase. Every little bit helps them, especially during these trying times.

We had a brief issue with our retailer application form that prevented some stores from applying for membership for a short while.
If you tried and bounced off the “permission denied” error, it should be cleared now.

R. Talsorian Games is now officially part of the @bitsandmortar program. Currently, if you purchase the Cyberpunk RED Jumpstart Kit from a participating retailer, you can get the PDF for free through the program.
RTG's webstore is NOT participating. Please support your FLGS.
@PsyButterfree@DriveThruRPG@bitsandmortar You can buy the physical book from our webstore. We aren't participating in Bits and Mortar ourselves (no free PDF from us, we're doing this to help FLGSs. This year was rough). We also aren't taking preorders but some retailers might be.
TL;DR on Cyberpunk RED and @bitsandmortar.
You have to buy the physical bookj via a participating FLGS (check out the Bits and Mortar website for a listing) in order to get the PDF for free.
Yes, if your store takes pre-orders, they'll be able to give you the PDF from 11/14 on.

@GlimoLeBleu@RTalsorianGames We don’t know which stores do shipping; we don’t collect that information. You can look for participating stores (and investigate the shipping question with them) by searching on our store locator. https://t.co/4p5QsItniu
We’re getting a lot of questions about when and what will be uploaded to Bits & Mortar with regards to Cyberpunk RED.
We don’t have any of the answers!
Please direct your questions to the publisher @RTalsorianGames as they’re in complete control of what happens there. 💫
And on that latter note, B&M itself can’t issue a PDF on the pub’s behalf, due to that varying policy thing. Some of y’all have asked us if we can issue a PDF if you share a receipt with us, and the answer there’s always no. B&M retailer yes; B&M publisher, maybe; B&M itself, no.
Reminder: if you want to get a PDF for that book you’ve bought, your retailer needs to be a member of Bits & Mortar and is responsible for issuing you the PDF.
SOME publishers offer alternative methods to get the PDF through them instead, but that is NOT a consistent policy.
@StMercutio Game stores who are members of the program can send PDFs to their customers, themselves, so they’d be in the clear to provide a PDF when you purchase something. So step one: make sure they sign up.
