@c_kennaugh @EdgarHolroyd Absolutely, it's just a bit bloody weird that they changed the rules only for combined authority mayors and not all elected mayors when they realised what was about to happen. People can be forgiven for thinking this is a bit suspect. Labour would win either way though.
