Absolutely dreadful transfer this morning, Palma to Portocolom. I don’t mind a long transfer if it’s advertised as such, but to sell a 2.15 hour transfer as 55 minutes is taking the mic.
No water offered and terrible air-con. Not a great start to the holiday ! 🤬
